New life bursting forth
Refreshed from
winter's slumber
Rejoicing in spring.

Sun toasted tourists
Fully oiled and
close to done
Sweating out summer

The wind blows past me
Scattered falling leaves abound
Visiting autumn

The snow dusts my hair
Icy northern winds
do blow
Surviving winter

“It's beauty that
captures your attention;

personality which captures your heart.”

On Beauty
by Marianne Williamson

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.

Our deepest fear is that we
are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness, that frightens us most. We ask ourselves, 'Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and famous?'

Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God.

Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that people won't feel insecure around you.

We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in all of us. And when we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.

As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others

“If you're respectful
by habit,

constantly honoring
the worthy,

four things increase:

long life, beauty,

happiness, strength.”

Character is rare-

Just sit in Meditation everyday.

When you do that,
you are helping your mind and body
to do what it needs
to do.

Eventually, the mind will be peaceful.

Mantra:

May I be filled with Loving Kindness

May I be Well

May I be Peaceful
and at Ease

May I be Happy

Outer Beauty Is Simply A Reflection Of An Inner State Of Wellness

Beauty is you learning to love yourself exactly as you are, without Judgment and with unconditional love.

What we are is a collection of our beliefs - no more, no less. Those beliefs can change. Nurturing yourself is your job. No one will do it for you.

Making your daily life like a sabbatical. Do things that uplift you, do things that bring you joy - the simplest of things - go for a walk, put on music that resonates with you, read a poem, meditate.

Why Organic?

  • It’s healthy - organic food contains higher levels of Vitamin C and essential minerals such as calcium, iron, chromium, as well as cancer-fighting antioxidants.

  • GM-free - organic does not allow genetically modified foods.
  • No drugs - high use of antibiotics, pesticides and chemicals in regular farming.

  • Less Disease - organic helps prevent many diseases.

BEAUTY AND THE MIND

Our Mind Is The Great Tool

  • A stable mind is a tranquil mind.
  • You can ask your mind to do some things and not to do others. It is there to serve you.
  • Give your mind a break It wants to be free from your clutches.
  • Cleanliness of the mind is most important…
The cleanliness of everything else follows naturally from a pure mind.
  • Lord Krsna said that pure happiness is born out of the tranquility of our own mind.
  • If you cannot find happiness in your attitude, in the way you look at things, then you cannot find happiness anywhere else either.
Just sit in Meditation everyday. When you do that, you are helping your mind and body to do what it needs to do. Eventually, the mind will be peaceful.
  • In the Yoga Sutras Patanjali says, “Practice becomes firmly established when it has been cultivated for a long time, uninterruptedly, and with earnest devotion.”
  •  Follow discipline for your own sake. The discipline you follow must arise from within yourself. That is when you can taste the nectar. The discipline will stay with you when it is firmly planted.
