RiceJoin Elaine Dodson as she hosts the complete series to include all four of her Ayurvedic cooking classes. Classes will be held on consecutive Mondays throughout January of 2011 at Unity Church of Dallas and will cover the following:

Class 1: Ayurvedic Soups
Class 2: Vegetable Dishes
Class 3: Rice and Condiments
Class 4: A Full Ayurvedic Meal
