The recipes in the Ayurvedic
Soup series class are easy to cook, once you organize your kitchen
and place the spices in a spice drawer close to your stove. Quick
preparation also means to get out everything you need for the recipe
in advance and organize them. Chop your ingredients that need to be
chopped, get out your oils add spices ahead of time, just as you would
preprepare any cooking project in your kitchen.

Rice dishes are a staple around the world and in Ayurvedia style dishes
are both delicious, aromatic, and considered to be a symbol of fertility,
and a food of reverence. Spicy, fresh fruit chutneys enhance and contribute
to the flavors of other foods in the meal, and only a small amount
is needed to add that extra "ping." The balance of this
class includes refreshing drinks that satisfy and sustain, and, though
not as prevalent as they are in Western cuisine, Ayurvedic sweets
are a lovely compliment the taste buds and often included on the menu.
